Returns and Exchanges
The Jewish Zodiac wants you to be 100% satisfied with our products.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please send the item(s) back, along with the invoice and contact information, within 30 days of the ship date. Please be aware that any article or clothing must have been unworn and unwashed and returned in good condition. After 30 days from the ship date, please be aware that there is a 25% restocking fee on the price of the item(s) and your card will be credited the remaining balance.
If you would like to exchange an item, we will be more than happy to exchange it for you. Please e-mail us at info@jewzo.com. At this time, we require that you pay for all postage costs for any return or exchange.
Before returns and exchanges, it’s always a good idea to contact us to let us know beforehand. Once again, info@jewzo.com.

If you’ve got a great story about your Jewish Zodiac symbol or product, send us an email at kvell@jewzo.com And we’ll be putting up photos of YOU wearing your t-shirt - or any of our other products – on our website too. If you have a photo you’d like to send us, or anything else for that matter, it’s kvell@jewzo.com.
